Andrew Hoepfner
Andrew Hoepfner has been a passionate piano player for 35 years and a devoted instructor for 22. During his twenties, Andrew spent much of his time touring the world in rock bands and touring a musical.

ABBEY HEGERFELD
Abbey is a songwriter, singer, and country blues artist based in Queens NY. She graduated with a BFA in Musical Theater from the University of Minnesota Duluth. For the last five years, she was teaching piano and voice lessons in Minneapolis, playing keys and singing harmonies in multiple bands, and fronting her own band, Goatroper. Abbey teaches well rounded lessons so students can learn what interests them at a pace that suits them. Whether learning classical pieces, blues improvisation or songwriting, her students acquire the tools to develop their own style of playing.

Graeme Gengras
Graeme Gengras is a pianist and producer originally from Portland, Maine. Since moving to NYC in 2018 he has become involved in all aspects of the city's diverse music scene as a jazz pianist, backing up R&B singers, playing keyboards for bands of all kinds and as an accompanist at Middle Church in the East Village where he is a regular sub for the Jerriese Johnson Gospel Choir. Outside of performing and creating, Graeme enjoys teaching and sharing his love for music with students of all ages.

Will Wagner
William Charles Wagner is a professional bassist, keyboardist, composer and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Jazz Studies from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. He has served as music director for two off-Broadway musicals at Theater for the New City for the productions of “Romeo & Juliet” and “Frankenstein.”He has shared the stage with Bill Cunliffe, Fareed Haque, J.D. Allen, Jason Rebello (Sting), John Von Ohlen (Stan Kenton), and Josiah Wolf (Why?), to name a few. As a composer, he has received a Downbeat Award for Composition and has released multiple EPs of original works, available on streaming platforms everywhere.

Brian van Oosterum
Brian is a pianist, singer, and producer. He studied classical music in the UK and built a career teaching and performing jazz in Spain before relocating to New York to collaborate with emerging artists. With over a decade of teaching experience, he prepares students to play classical repertoire while also learning to compose, record, and produce their own music. His deep understanding of music theory—spanning classical, jazz, rock, and modern pop—enables him to create engaging, dynamic lessons that inspire lifelong musical exploration.

Clark Baxtresser
Clark Baxtresser is a pianist, singer, and composer living in Brooklyn. A graduate of the University of Michigan School of Music, he started music exploration at a young age and hasn’t stopped since. He is one half of the Brooklyn-based pop duo TalkFine, a frequent collaborator and music director for the internet-based theater company Team StarKid, and is currently performing an original musical at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade (UCB) theater as part of a monthly residency.

Nathan Reising
Nathan is an experienced performer and teacher with a wide range of musical interests. Classically trained on piano from the age of 4, he eventually developed an interest in jazz and went on to study jazz saxophone and piano at the New England Conservatory in Boston, MA. Nathan enjoys working with students of all ages and musical interests, from young beginners to aspiring pros. He specializes in teaching jazz, improvisation, pop music, and songwriting.
