Our biggest group yet, as 24 students and 3 teachers gathered at San Damiano Mission in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to present beautiful songs for friends and family. We heard Let It Go from Frozen, a Mozart sonata, the Harry Potter theme, and Welcome To New York by Taylor Swift, among others.

Winter Recital, December 2018

One of my student’s parents generously hosted our first piano recital away from the church. In a cozy apartment setting, sitting on sofas, chairs, and floor pillows, we listened to Gymnopedie No. 1, Beyonce’s ‘Halo’, When You Wish Upon A Star, and Jingle Bells.
